Structure

The supreme governing body of the Association is General Assembly.

The current activities of the Association are carried out by the Management Board, which elects the Head of the Association amid its members.

The operational activities of the association are performed by the General Manager and by the correspondent structural subdivisions.

Currently the activities of the BIOLan Ukraine Association are carried out in the following major directions (according to the structural subdivisions):
-       Marketing Department;
-          Label Department;
-          Advisory Department and Standards;
-          Communication Department;
-         Finance Department;
-         Member Administration.
